Are there any requirements to rent your apartments in Reynoldsburg at Muirwood Village?

How do I set up an appointment?

Do you allow walk-in appointments?
At Muirwood Village, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a meeting with a leasing agent, however, walk-ins are welcomed!
What is your pet policy at Muirwood Village?
Muirwood Village is a pet friendly apartment community! We gladly welcome up to 2 pets (cats and dogs) per household with a $300 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. We do not have weight restrictions. For additional pet policy details, please do not hesitate to contact and ask our staff today!
Can I pay my rent online?
Definitely! We want to make paying rent as easy as possible. After moving in you will receive an online account where you will be able to view your monthly statement and pay your rent online.
Do you require renter’s insurance at Muirwood Village?
Yes, Here at Muirwood Village we require a renter’s insurance policy with $100,000 liability. We are partnered with ePremium Insurance to provide low cost enhanced renter’s insurance to our residents. You are also welcome to have coverage from your own provider.
What are your lease terms?
Muirwood Village offers lease terms from 3 months to 15 months.
Do you reward resident referrals?
Yes, Muirwood Village encourages residents to share their love of their home at Muirwood Village with all of their friends and Family. Residents are rewarded with a $200 referral bonus after all requirements are met. Please see the rental office for additional information on resident referrals.
What is the number for maintenance requests? What if I have an after-hours maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted by calling our office at 614-868-8300 and speaking to a leasing professional or leaving a voicemail. After hours maintenance requests will call the same number and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail for emergency maintenance.
How much notice is required to end my lease? What if I must end my lease early?
At Muirwood Village we require a 60 day notice to Vacate. If you must end your lease early we have an option for you to buy out the lease. This requires a 60 day notice and the penalty is 2 months rent plus fees which are due at time of submitting 60 day notice.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
The resident is responsible for Trash, Water/Sewage, and Electric.

4 out of 5 of our floorplans include a full size washer and dryer in the unit. All floorplans include washer and dryer hookups.
Is Muirwood Village located near any parks or hiking trails?
Absolutely! Muirwood Village is close to several parks, including Big Walnut, Blacklick Woods, Portman, and Pickerington Ponds where you will have access to miles of trails for hiking, jogging, and biking, as well as athletic fields and picnic areas.
Is Muirwood Village located near shopping or restaurants?
Yes, there are many shopping and dining options conveniently located near our community, including Café Mediterranean Greek Star Bar & Grill and Genji Japanese Steakhouse, and stores like Eastland Mall, Aldi, Michaels, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. We are also a short drive from large shopping destinations including Easton Towne Center.
Where do I park when visiting the leasing office?
When visiting Muirwood Village you are welcome to park in any open space. We have parking conveniently located on both sides of the office as well as across from the office.
